The Problem
When I first came into BLNK Slate, the company was only generating business off referrals and were stuck around $12k MRR. The Founder was looking for someone to come in and help scale the company with systems, sales processes, and lead generation. Fast forward 12 months and the company was doing $85k MRR which lead to an eventual exit.
The Solution
After testing a number of outbound methods on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, we pivoted the lead gen strategy to focus on paid media, which generated a 183% ROI.
The Outcome
BLNK Slate has consistently hit $80k/month with only 3 core team members. With new ownership in place, and the infrastructure laid down by the Sroor Holdings team, the company is set to scale further. BLNK Slate was purchased by an investment group for an undisclosed amount in Q3 2022, largely thanks to the significant increase in MRR.
