Being an early-stage agency with only 4 employees in early 2021, Pneuma Media was in need of someone with experience in scaling the revenue department and building out an internal sales team. When I joined Pneuma, the agency was doing roughly $20k MRR. Fast forward to the end of 2023 and Pneuma is consistently hitting $200K+ months with a 2 person sales team.
Pulling experience from previous sales roles as well as what type of outreach worked best for Pneuma’s ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), we trialed a number of outreach methods until we found a winning outbound sales framework.
Within 9 months of joining the company, Pneuma hit its first $1M in top-line revenue. 7 months after that, Pneuma did its second million in revenue. Not only has revenue grown, but we’ve been able to retain clients at a high level, provide results that are second to none in the SEO industry, and continue to grow and expand the team holistically.
