With no experience in the world of outbound sales, the Resync team was looking for help developing a Sales Playbook, outreach scripts, as well as ongoing support too optimize the outreach methods, improve their closing rate, and decrease the length of their sales cycle.
With no systems in place on the sales side, the primary focus was to create these and set the company up for success. Additionally, their sales team needed coaching around the framework needed to run discovery, demo, and proposal review calls.
